For many people this will be the first time they have been to Almaty, Kazakhstan therefore it is important that they are looked after by real professionals who can answer all their questions and take them to all the key places during their visit.

We at Scot Holland / CB Richard Ellis believe that we offer a unique bespoke package which enables the client to make the transition to a new country as pain-free as possible. As we see it everyone has different needs and requirements and we are very happy to help them achieve their goals!

Initially we will meet with the client and during an informal chat we will establish what they are looking for during their time in Almaty. Based on this information we will design a program to suit. Even before the client arrives in Almaty we are happy to be in regular email contact to understand the above at an early stage.

Depending on the length of your stay we can offer a program based on - Hours, Half a day, one or more days.

The Scope of Services

When our client relocates to Almaty the English speaking consultant will meet them at their hotel or airport as preferred with a “Welcome Package” which includes a Travelers Guide to Kazakhstan, and a complete list of essential information needed for Almaty as well as a survival guide of Russian words that will be useful on a daily basis.

We will take the Client/Wife along to a weekly meeting of the Almaty International Women’s Club (AIWC), which meets every Wednesday morning at the Intercontinental Hotel. This is a great way of meeting people and also finding like minded friends. Similarly for business networking, we will invite the Client to a meeting at the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham) and the European Business Association of Kazakhstan (Eurobak).

Seminars

We offer a half day/whole day seminar for new or established “ex-pats” – no limit on numbers attending. We will provide current information on “Do” and “Don’t” in Almaty plus information on a whole range of topics that will assist the client’s families to settle into their new lives.

This is by no means all the services we can offer. As initially stated we offer a “Bespoke Package” so everyone is treated as an individual. We are ready to provide tailor made programs as per client request.
