VALUATION OF LAND PLOTS FOR “MERCUR AUTO LTD”
A group of licensed appraisers from the Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis professional team has completed the Valuation of land plots owned by “Mercur Auto Ltd “.
The Valuation Report was prepared according to the Law “On Valuation Activity in Kazakhstan”, № 109-II from November 30, 2000 as well as the “Practical Recommendations on Appraisal” manual published by the “Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors” (RICS) and the “International Valuation Standards of Quality” (IVSC, 2005), approved in Kazakhstan and received a high degree of appreciation from the Client.
