Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the completion of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for a new office for the “Al Hilal Bank” in Astana, Kazakhstan. The “Al Hilal Bank” (UAE) has announced its plans for the opening of 2 branch offices in Kazakhstan before the end of 2009. These branches will be the first Islamic bank offices operating on the territory of the ex-Soviet Union. Their opening has become possible thanks to the agreement signed between the Governments of UAE and Kazakhstan.
