A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis | Kazakhstan has completed the valuation of mail delivery carriages and vans for the National Joint Stock Company “Kazpost”. The report was issued in accordance with the Law of Kazakhstan “On Appraisal Activity” № 109-II dated 30th November 2000, the ‘Appraisal Manual’ published by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Valuation Standards of Quality (IVSC, 2005) approved for using in Kazakhstan. The Client JSC ‘Kazpost’ has estimated the cooperation with Scot Holland | CBRE as extremely productive, and has expressed hopes for future cooperation. We have also received a National Recommendation Letter from the Client.
