A group of licensed appraisers at Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis | Kazakhstan has completed the valuation of a land plot in Astana for the “Lior Corporation” – a daughter company of ‘Macpell’. The valuation of the land plot with a total area of 58 hectares was ordered by the Client for accounting purposes, and for an IPO process on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. The valuation work was performed pursuant to the “Practical Recommendations on Appraisal” Manual published by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and International Valuation Standards of Quality (IVSC, 2007). After the final Valuation Report was approved and well passed all the regulators and committees, the following comments were received from the Senior Management of the ‘Lior Corporation’: “During the real estate valuation process Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has drawn upon its extensive knowledge of the local market, and the professionalism of its highly motivated staff in order to produce high quality and accurate appraisal reports”.
