EXTENSION OF THE OFFICE OF ‘BAIKEN-U’ IN ALMATY
Scot Holland | CBRE has announced the closing of a deal for securing new office premises with a total area of more than 840 sqm for the “Baiken-U” company in Almaty. Baiken-U LLP was established in March 2006 with a 100% equity share of Kazatomprom (within the framework of the program aimed at increasing uranium production volumes in Kazakhstan). The Company was later re-registered due to changes in the Founders’ list. Currently Kazatomprom and Energy Asia Limited (a consortium of Japanese power companies) are the major shareholders of the Company.
Baiken-U LLP became the 4th company among the Kazatomprom affiliates commissioning Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis for the provision of brokerage services.
