Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the successful closing of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for new office premises for ING Bank in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The new premises have a total area of more than 190 sqm and are located in the “Кen Dala” Business Center. Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis was appointed by ING Bank as the primary consultant and Agent for this transaction. The head office of the Bank is located in the Netherlands, where ING offers a full range of services to corporate clients globally. The ING representative office in Almaty offers a wide range of financial services and products to companies and registered legal entities only. The search for new office premises was the first case of cooperation between Scot Holland | CBRE and ING Bank on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Following the successful closing of the deal, the performance of the Scot Holland | CBRE team was highly commended by the Senior Management of the Bank, which expressed hopes for further cooperation.
