Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis has announced the closing of a deal and signing of a Lease Agreement for new office premises with a total area of more than 700 sqm for the telecommunication company Altel. The new office premises are located in one of the most central and prestigious business areas of Almaty city. Altel is a subsidiary of JSC “Kazakhtelcom” - the leading national telephony and Internet services provider in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with its central office located in the capital of the country - Astana. With a total headcount of approximately 30,000 people, JSC «Kazakhtelecom» operates offices in each region of the country and provides services to more than 3.3 Million fixed-line subscribers on a nationwide level. JSC «Kazakhtelecom» cooperates and works in partnership with more than 40 telephony and Internet service operators from both near and far abroad. This deal is not the first case of cooperation between the two companies, as previously Scot Holland | CBRE has provided Altel with professional services related to leasing office space for its “call centers”. Following the conclusion of the deal and signing of the Lease Agreement the Senior Management of Altel Inc. expressed high satisfaction with the quality level of the services rendered by the Scot Holland | CBRE team and expressed hopes for future cooperation.
